SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: POSSIBILITIES FOR CONSOLIDATION OF COLLECTIVE PARTICIPATION AND MANAGER'S CHOICE

This article proposes to analyze school management based on a democratic perspective with a view to the possibilities of consolidating collective participation and that, through democratic management with effective participation, it promotes social quality in the education of students and that everyone has learning possibilities. As a problem question, how does the participation process take place and what are the most common ways to choose school managers? Its general objective is to analyze school management and its possibilities for consolidating participation and understanding how managers are chosen. The specific objectives established are: Provide reflections on participatory school management and Identify how school managers are chosen. The methodology used was a literature review study. It is evident that democratic-participatory management is the effective way to achieve collective work that promotes participation and human formation in a critical and reflective perspective.
