ANTROPOLOGIA, EDUCAÇÃO E DIVERSIDADE: UM DIÁLOGO CONCEITUAL ENTRE FREIRE E O PROCESSO DE SUPERCULTURALIDADE

This paper addresses a dialogue between Valério’s Cultural Survival (2016; 2021) and the Freire’s Strength Ideas (1979), with the purpose of showing from a perspective complementing the process of contact between groups and individuals of different cultures from a counter-hegemonic thought, the reality and the possibilities of changes within minority groups that seek identity and cultural strengthening with the idea of keeping their cultures alive and therefore put into practice the process of cultural survival or Overculturality. The text is based on a qualitative, bibliographical and ethnological methodology, since it is based on inferences from ethnographies developed under the theory of Overculturality in Education. As a result, I try to show other ways of doing pedagogy from an inside out perspective.
