Abstract

The article focused on the routines of the labor area and it’s consequences, took into consideration the number of labor claims as a growing due to the number of cases, becoming a factor to be observed by companies, whereas that, a labor claim filed by the its employer, with positive results for the complaining part of the process, the company assumes an obligation to accomplish the immediate payments and with high amounts due to fees and monetary corrections, causing a significant impact on the company's financial sector, all this for non-compliance with the legislation in the course of working relationships. The personnel department is responsible for regularizing the employee's situation and establishing the link between the entity and the employee, ensuring the rights and duties of both. The bibliographic, qualitative research, with the legal basis, showed briefly the functions of this department, its constant evolution and relevancy. Also presenting how the department's decisions and guidelines impact both in the continuity of the company and in the lives of employees, those who, when feel harmed can seek justice in labor claims.
