REFLEXÕES SOBRE O ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA DE UM MUNICÍPIO DO TRIÂNGULO MINEIRO: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA

Abstract

The SUS is a public health system established by the Federal Constitution of 1988
and regulated by Law nº 8080 of 1990, it is a health care model that aims to guarantee
universal, integral and free access to all Brazilian citizens. The objective was to
describe the perceptions and reflections faced in carrying out the Supervised
Internship in Collective Health in Primary Health Care. ESF-APS. The internship is
part of the curriculum of the Nursing course at Faculdade Mais de Ituiutaba and was
developed in the 9th semester, between February and June 2023, under the direct
supervision of the preceptor nurse, comprising a workload of 400 hours. It is worth
mentioning the importance of knowing the reality of families, through registration and
diagnosis of their social, demographic and epidemiological characteristics; identify the
main health problems and risk situations to which the population it serves is exposed;
develop, with the participation of the community, a local plan to face the determinants
of the health/disease process; provide comprehensive care. It is concluded that the
nursing internship is of paramount importance for higher education students, which
brings important knowledge about the routine of the unit, offering conditions for the
development of the student's skills/skills, in order to obtain experience and knowledge
of the profession.
